Refund policy

At Label Amara, every piece of jewellery is created and packaged with utmost care. We take pride in our quality and craftsmanship, and your satisfaction is very important to us.

As jewellery is delicate and personal in nature, we offer returns only under specific conditions, detailed below.


Eligibility for Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order by contacting us at 📞 +91 87554 50985 or 📧 contactus.amara@gmail.com

Once an order has been processed and out for shipping, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns/Exchange are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Returns need to be placed within 24 hours of order delivery, exchanges to be placed within 15 days of order delivery.

  • To qualify, customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the very first time and the damaged item inside.

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible.


Eligibility for 1 Month Money Back Warranty

  • Applicable only on products made with 18KT Gold plated on Stainless Steel.

  • To qualify, customers must share an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the very first time and the un-tarnished product, along with video of tarnished product within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests must be raised within 30 days of receiving the product. The team with verify the tarnish aspect and product will be picked up. Full price paid for the product will be returned to the customer if the report is found correct by team.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in cases other than the conditions mentioned above. This includes situations where the customer simply changes their mind.


Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or not accompanied by the required unboxing video will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the claim does not meet our policy conditions.
